PaperSpree
Project Overview
The project focuses on redesigning the website for PaperSpree, a wholesaler of sustainable lifestyle products made from recycled materials, aiming to expand from primarily serving small brick-and-mortar stores to attracting larger B2B corporate wholesale buyers.
The redesign focuses on reorganizing content to cater to both small retailers and corporate buyers, simplifying the product inquiry and purchase process, and ensuring relevant product information is easily accessible. The team identified key needs of corporate buyers, such as finding the website through search engines, quickly accessing fact-based purchasing details, understanding sustainability practices, and easily sending inquiries with volume-based pricing.
This user-centered redesign is expected to boost website traffic, increase customer retention, and generate more sales by streamlining the user experience and maintaining PaperSpree’s commitment to sustainability.
Process
We conducted semi-structured interviews, and competitive analysis to understand user needs. We used story-telling, prototyping and designed several iterations of the website and conducted user testing to finalize the design.
My Role
I conducted research interviews. The ideation and prioritization was done as a team. I did some of the design system implementation as well as web page designs.
